His work demonstrates a strong ability to connect operational details with broader business goals. Garret has now resumed his studies and is pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice.
Leadership in Action
Before stepping into the corporate world, Garrett earned recognition as a two-time state water polo champion and First Team All-American athlete. These experiences taught him how to lead under pressure, stay composed in fast-moving situations, and bring out the best in his team — qualities he continues to apply professionally.
Whether he’s coaching a youth team, organizing complex logistics, or managing high-stakes operations, Garrett leads with integrity, energy, and purpose.
Outside the office, Garrett remains active and community-oriented. He enjoys surfing, swimming, coaching, and reading, finding balance between physical activity and personal growth.
These pursuits reflect his lifelong commitment to movement, learning, and leadership — values that continue to shape both his professional and personal life.
